      I had a backup in my 2nd floor shower. Your service rep was extremely nice and tried to unplug the drain with a powerful drain cleaner. That didn't work so he brought in a machine and unclogged it. Even though that shower does not get used very often I was really pleased that you were able to come out just a few hours after calling. I hope I don't need your services soon but I will definitely call you if I have a problem. I am 79 years old and I'm always worried that I would be taking advantage of.       I called J & M plumbing to clean and inspect our sump pump. They were very reasonably priced. I appreciated that the technicians came out during the time frame scheduled. Both men were professional and neat. You would have never known they were there. At some point our pump started to beep and the team at J&M came out until our problem was solved. The beeping was at no fault to them. Our system had never been reset since we moved in and turned out the sensor was too low. They could have easily told us our battery was bad and we needed a whole new system just to make money. Instead, they worked hard to fix our issue. We will be using J&M for all our plumbing needs going forward. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We feel valued as customers. Thanks J&M!
